The object and purposes of the corporation shall be: to practice, promote and encourage the sports of skeet, trap, rifle and pistol shooting, related activities incidental to shooting firearms or other kindred sports and to build, own and operate the facilities therefor by the acquisition of real and personal property; to borrow money, buy, sell, and mortgage real and personal property of every kind and description; and, to do all of those things that clubs of this kind generally do; and, this corporation is further organized for, without being limited thereto, any and all of the purposes set out in Section 206 of said Title 10, Code of Alabama 1940, as amended, which shall be duly authorized by its membership.
